Heated Sculpt is a high-intensity, full-body workout performed in a heated room that blends Pilates precision, barre-inspired toning, and dynamic strength training. Set to energizing music, this class uses light to moderate weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements to build strength, endurance, and definition.

The heat (around 90–95°F / 32–35°C) deepens muscle activation, improves flexibility, and accelerates calorie burn while creating a powerful, sweat-filled training environment.
