Heated Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice that combines flowing movement with intentional breath in a warm environment—typically 85–95°F (29–35°C). The heat helps increase circulation, loosen muscles, and deepen stretches, creating a powerful balance of strength, flexibility, and focus.
