This high-energy Bootcamp + Rebounder class combines strength training, cardio, and low-impact plyometrics for a fun and effective full-body workout.

Alternating between athletic bootcamp-style exercises and mini trampoline (rebounder) intervals, you’ll build strength, improve endurance, and elevate your heart rate—all while keeping joint impact low.

Designed for all fitness levels, this class offers modifications and progressions so everyone can move at their own pace while still being challenged.

The rebounder adds an element of fun while boosting lymphatic drainage, coordination, and balance, while the bootcamp portion focuses on strength, agility, and total-body conditioning.

Expect to burn calories, tone muscles, improve cardiovascular health, and leave feeling energized, strong, and accomplished.
