Barre is a full-body workout that fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training for a graceful yet powerful experience. Using a ballet barre (or similar support), you’ll move through small, controlled movements, high-repetition sequences, and isometric holds that target key muscle groups — especially the legs, glutes, core, and arms. Light weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises add variety and challenge, helping you sculpt and tone from head to toe.
