An advanced reformer class is a high-level session on the Pilates Reformer designed for people who already have strong foundations in Pilates. It builds on core strength, control, flexibility, and precision, with more complex movements, faster transitions, and heavier resistance.

You’ll typically move through a sequence that challenges your entire body—especially your core, stability muscles, and coordination—while maintaining strict form and control.
